الصوم هو انقطاع عن الطعام فترة من الوقت يعقوبها طعام خال من الدسم الحيوانى

فترة الانقطاع
لابد من فترة الانقطاع لاننا لو اكلنا من بدء اليوم بدون انقطاع لسرنا نباتيين و ليس صائمين اذا لابد ان نمتنع عن الطعام لفترة معينة

فترة الانقطاع عن الطعام تختلف من شخص لاخر لاسباب كثيرة منها:
1- اختلاف الناس فى درجتهم الروحية فهناك المبتدىء يليه المتدرب و يفوقهما الناضج روحيا و اكثر من هؤلاء الناسك الذى يستطيع ان يطوى الايام صوما
2- يختلف الصائمون فى صومهم فالطفل او الصبى غير مستوى الشاب او الرجل الناضج غير الشيخ او الكهل
3- يختلف الصائمون فى صحتهم فمنهم القوى و منهم الضعيف
4- يختلف الصائمون فى نوعية عملهم فالبعض يقوم باعمال يحتاج الى مجهود جسدى كبير و البعض اعمالهم مريحة يجلسون فى مكاتبهم و لذلك الاحتمال مختلف
5- هناك ايضا نظام التدرج قد يبدا الصائم الاسبوع الاول بدرجة انقطاع معينة تزداد على مر الاسابيع

فترة الانقطاع
تكون على حسب ارشاد اب الاعتراف حتى لا يبالغ فيها البعض حتى لا تتعبهم جسديا و قد تتعبهم روحيا ايضا

هل هناك علاقة بين الانقطاع عن الطعام و الساعة التاسعة؟
يبدو ان هناك علاقة….لانه فى طقس الكنيسة الخاص بصلاة الساعة التاسعة نلاحظ اختيار فصل الانجيل الخاص بمباركة الطعام بعد فترة الجوع و و اضح فى صلاة الساعة التاسعة نذكر موت السيد المسيح على الصليب و يبدو ان نظام الانقطاع كان عموما الى الساعة التاسعة و المعروف ان الساعى التاسعة من النهار هى الثالثة بعد الظهر على اعتبار ان النهار يبدا على الاغلب من السادسة صباحا.

الوضع الروحى لفترة الانقطاع:
1- ينبغى ان تكون فترة الانقطاع فترة زهد و نسك
2- و بعد فترة الانقطاع لا ناكل بشهوة
3- لا تترقب نهاية فترة الانقطاع لناكل
4- اجعل روحياتك هى التى تقودك و ليس الساعة

]]> لا تخاف ما دام الرب معك (Do not be afraid as long as the Lord is with you) /%d9%84%d8%a7-%d8%aa%d8%ae%d8%a7%d9%81-%d9%85%d8%a7-%d8%af%d8%a7%d9%85-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b1%d8%a8-%d9%85%d8%b9%d9%83-do-not-be-afraid-as-long-as-the-lord-is-with-you/ Wed, 16 Nov 2016 10:24:39 +0000 /?p=2901 عاش في اواخر العصر المملوكي صائغ مسيحي كان محباً للصلاة إلى حد انه كان عندما يفتح دكانه كل صباح يركع عند المدخل ويصلي ، ثم يختتم صلاته بقوله جهراً : ” قوته عظيمة وعظيمة العظيمة ومدبرة وحكيمة ، وان نزلت البحر تطلع سليمة “.

وكان مقابل دكانه على الناحية الاخرى من الشارع دكان لصائغ يهودي كلما سمع هذه الصلاة تساءل : كيف تطلع سليمة بعد ان تنزل في البحر ؟
و حدث في يوم من الايام ان خاتم السلطان قد انفك فصه فأشار عليه البعض بالصائغ المسيحي , فأعطى له الخاتم قائلاُ له : ان عليه ان يركبه في ثلاثة ايام وإلا سيقطع رأسه .

ووصل هذا الحديث إلى الصائغ اليهودي ، الذي وجد وسيلة لفتح دكان جاره وفتح الدرج وأخذ منه الفص ثم خرج واغلق الدكان وهو يقول لنفسه ” الان سأعرف كيف تخرج سليمة حتى ان نزلت البحر ” وذهب إلى البحر والقى بالفص فيه .

وكان اليوم التالي هو يوم تذكار رئيس الملائكة وكان الصائغ المسيحي ممن يكرمون رئيس الملائكة ويستشفعون به وكان معتاداُ ان يوزع على الفقراء في هذا اليوم الخبز والسمك فمر على صياد صديقاً له وطلب منه أن يوصل السمك إلى بيته لأن عليه عملاً له اهمية خاصة .

ولما فتح الدكان لم يجد الفص حيث تركه في الدرج وفتش في مختلف الاركان التي يمكن ان يكون وضعه فيها وبالطبع لم يجده فقال لنفسه : لن اموت الا مرة واحدة سواء بسيف السلطان او بغيره فلأذهب لاصطحب زوجتي وأولادي لنوزع السمك والخبز – واتكالي على الله .

ولما عاد إلى البيت وجد أن امرأته أعدت كل شيء ولكنها قالت له :
ان الصياد لم يحضر لنا السمك الصغير كالمعتاد ، بل احضر لنا سمكة ضخمة معتذراً أنه لم يوفق في العثور على النوع الصغير ثم استكملت حديثها بقولها : تصور انني لما فتحت خياشيم السمكة وجدت هذا ! وأخرجت من جيبها فصاً ووضعته في يد زوجها – فاذا به فص الخاتم السلطانى .

ودهش الصائغ كيف وصل هذا الفص إلى داخل هذه السمكة التي صارت من نصيبهم ولكنه رفع شكره وتمجيده لله ثم ضاعف المال الذي وزعه في هذا اليوم مقدما تسبحة لرئيس جند السماء وركب الفص في الخاتم وحمله إلى السلطان .

وبُهت الصائغ اليهودي حين رأى جاره المسيحي قد أتى إلى دكانه في اليوم الرابع فذهب إليه وسأله : ماذا فعلت بخاتم السلطان ؟ أجابه :
لقد أصلحته وأوصلته إليه . وبدت الدهشة على وجه اليهودي وفي صوته وهو يقول : كيف ؟؟
فتفرس فيه زميله المسيحي وقال : ما لك مندهشاً ؟
ورد عليه اليهودي : أخبرني ماذا جرى لأخبرك عن سبب الدهشة التي تملكتني .

فروى له الصائغ المسيحي كل ما حدث بالتفصيل وعندها أخبره اليهودي بما فعل وانتهى إلى القول : انت على حق ” لأن قوته عظيمة وعظيمة العظيمة . ومدبرة وحكيمة وان نزلت البحر تطلع سليمة “.

والآن يا صديقي علمني عن السيد المسيح لأني أمنت باسمه القدوس .
واعتمد الصائغ اليهودي بالمعمودية المقدسة ، وصار يردد كل يوم مع صديقه صلاته المحببة

إن أمسكت بميكروفون لتصلي في الكنيسة، لا تنس أنه قد يقف بجوارك سارق يعتصر ذنباً، وخلفك مدمن يبحث عن أملٍ، وزانية تقف متألّمة تريد ان تخلع عاراً وتلبس مجداً.
تذكر هؤلاء ولا تجعل الله جبلاً شاهقاً بل طريقاً مُمَهداً!

ويوما ما كان مسافرا عبر الجبال ومعه راهب بوذى ..
وكان الثلج يتساقط والريح شديدة ..
وفى اثناء صعودهما الجبل سمعا صراخا : فوجدا شخصا قد سقط اثناء سيره وجرح ..
فقال البوذى : لا يمكننا ان نتوقف لنساعده والا سنموت مثله !
لكن الخادم اجابه : ان الله لم يكن ليسمح لنا ان نأتى هنا ان لم يكن يريدنا ان نساعد هذا الرجل !
فتركه البوذى متابعا سيره ،
أما الخادم فبعد مجهود مضنى استطاع ان يحمل الرجل على كتفه واستكمل طريقه وهو يلهث …
ورأى انوار الدير من بعيد وبينما يسير ارتطمت رجليه بجسم من الثلج ..
واذ قام ليرى وجده جسد البوذى حيث مات متجمدا !!
أما هذا الخادم فقد وصل الى الدير وكان يتصبب عرقا !
ان المجهود الذى بذله فى حمل الرجل أنقذه هو والرجل الذى كان يحمله من الموت متجمدين ! ..
عندما تتحمل المسئولية تجاه الآخرين فثق أنك أول شخص ستتبارك … وتصبح البركة جزء من حياتك.

]]> الحمال السعيد ( The happy carrier) /%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%ad%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d8%b9%d9%8a%d8%af-the-happy-carrier/ Mon, 31 Oct 2016 19:46:48 +0000 /?p=2816 كان “رالستون يونج” حمّال يعمل فى حمل حقائب المسافرين بمحطة “جراند سنترال” بنيويورك وكان يتمنى أن يقتدى بالسيد المسيح فى أن يجول يصنع خيراً ففى كل صباح يستيقظ مبكراً ويصلى ويطلب من الله أن يسمح له أن يعمل خير مهما كان صغيراً، ليسعد انساناً بائساً .
فى أحد الأيام كان عليه أن يساعد سيدة عجوز محمولة على كرسى ذى عجلات لتركب القطار، ولكنه لاحظ أن عينيها مبللتان بالدموع، فأغمض عينيه وصلى وطلب من الله الارشاد لمساعدة هذه السيدة العجوز ثم قال لها مبتسماً: إن هذه القبعة (البرنيطة) التى ترتدينها فى منتهى الأناقة مع هذا الرداء الجميل، فانتعشت روحها وقالت له: إنك كريم حقاً … ولكن ما الذى دفعك أن تقول لسيدة عجوز مثلى ذلك، قال لها: إنى لاحظت إنك تذرفين الدموع وتبدين غير سعيدة، أجابته: إنى أعيش فى ألم مستمر ولا أستطيع احتماله، هل تدرك معنى أن يعيش الإنسان فى ألم مستمر؟.
قال لها : نعم يا سيدتى لقد فقدت إحدى عينىّ وكانت تؤلمنى ليلاً ونهاراً وكأن بها قضيب حديد محمى بالنار، أجابته السيدة باندهاش شديد: ولكن كيف تبدو سعيداً وفرحاً هكذا؟، قال لها: بالصلاة يا سيدتى وليس غير الصلاة، فسألته: وهل مجرد الصلاة وحدها تخفف الآلام؟ فأجابها بثقة: ربما لا تذهب بالآلام بعيداً لكنها تساعد الإنسان أن يتغلب عليها، داومى عليها يا سيدتى وسأصلى لأجلك، وكانت وصلت القطار فجففت دموعها وشكرته على هذا المعروف.
بعد مرور عام وهو متمسك بشعارة اليومى أن يسعد كل إنسان يقابله فى يومه، سمع اسمه يتردد بصوت عال بالميكرفون فى المحطة الكبيرة ليتقدم لمكتب الاستعلامات وهناك وجد شابة تنتظره فقالت له : إنى أحمل اليك رسالة من أمى، فقد أوصتنى قبل أن تموت أن أبحث عنك وابلغك كم هى شاكرة لجميلك ومعونتك لها فقد أصبحت سعيدة عندما جربت نصيحتك وهى الصلاة، وتقول أنها تصلى لك فى الأبدية حيث كنت لطيفاً معها ومقدراً لمشاعرها، ثم انفجرت هذه الفتاة فى البكاء، وهنا أدرك هذا الرجل أنها فرصة أن يصنع خيراً مع ابنتها كما فعل مع الأم فقال لها: لا تبكى يا ابنتى بل قدمى لله صلاة بشكر فسألته مندهشة: كيف أقدم صلاة بشكر لله الذى أخذ منى أمى؟، فقال لها: لأن كثيرات مثلك فقدن امهاتهن وهن صغيرات وأنت تمتعتى ببقائها معك مدة أطول، ولأنها ماتت سعيدة إذ عرفت سر الصلاة والشكر، ولآنها قريبة منك وتشعر بك وهى فى السماء ولأنك ستلتقين بها يوماً، أثر كلامه فى الفتاة وعادت لمنزلها راضية شاكرة .
هل تعرف يا صديقى أقصر الطرق للسعادة ؟ السر فى أن تسعد أى إنسان وذلك لن يكلفك الكثير: كلمة تشجيع، ابتسامة مديح، مساعدة صغيرة، سؤال بالتليفون، كلمة محبة، تقديم الشكر لإنسان سؤال عن مريض، لقمة خبز لجائع إن فعلت ذلك ستنسى همومك ومشاكلك وتعيش سعيداً . (الأب أنتونى كونيارس ).

]]> حفظتُ كلامك في قلبي ( I kept your word in my heart) /%d8%ad%d9%81%d8%b8%d8%aa%d9%8f-%d9%83%d9%84%d8%a7%d9%85%d9%83-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d9%82%d9%84%d8%a8%d9%8a/ Mon, 24 Oct 2016 13:42:36 +0000 /?p=2791 كانت “ماري جونس” تعيش في قرية بريف إنجلترا بالقُرب مِن مدينة “ويلز” من حوالي 200سنة، وكانت تذهب للكنيسة صباح كل أحد مُبكِرة وتنصت بشغفٍ شديد للإنجيل، حيث كان وقتها الكتاب المُقدَّس نادر الوجود وغالي الثمن، لأنه كان منسوخًا بخط اليدّ وكبير الحجم جدًا.
لاحظ كاهن الكنيسة اهتمام ماري الشديد بالإنجيل، فأعلمها أنه يوجد في القرية كتاب مُقدَّس في منزل أحد الخدام ويمكنها أن تذهب إليه لتقرأه في وسط الأسبوع، فكانت تذهب إلى هناك كثيرًا وتقرأه باهتمامٍ شديد، ولكن هذا لم يكفيها فكانت تريد أن يكون لها كتاب مُقدَّس خاص بها تفتحه في أي وقت، فقال لها الكاهن: إن هناك مكتبة في مدينة ويلز يمكن أن تجد فيها الإنجيل، ولكن ثمنه ثلاثون جنيهًا إسترليني. وكان هذا مبلغًا ضخمًا في ذلك الوقت بالنسبة لفتاة مِثلها فى الثانية عشر من عمرها.
ولكن هذا دفع الفتاة لتعمل باجتهاد إلى جانب دراستها، وتُدّخر من مصروفها اليومي حتى تشتري يومًا ما ذلك الكتاب الثمين.
وبعد أربع سنوات كاملة استطاعت ماري أن تجمع المبلغ، فوضعته في صرة كبيرة، ومشيت حوالي عشرين كيلومترًا حتى وصلت مكتبة مدينة ويلز.
وهناك كانت صدمة كبيرة لها، حيث تأسف صاحب المكتبة بأنه كان لديه ثلاث نُسخٍ من الإنجيل باع واحدة في اليوم السابق، وحجز اثنان من الأثرياء نسختين، ووعدها أن يحجز لها نسخة في خلال ثلاثة أشهر.
حزنت ماري حزنًا شديدًا وبكت، وفي أثناء ذلك دخل أحد الأغنياء جاء ليتسلَّم نسخته، فرآها تبكي بحرقةٍ شديدة فرق قلبه لحالها وتنازل عن نسخته لها، ولكنها أصرّت أن تدفع الثمن.
أخذت ماري الإنجيل بفرحٍ شديد وقبَّلته، وبدأت تقرأ منه في القرية لصديقاتها وأقربائها، ففرح الجميع بذلك وشعروا بالحاجة لاقتناء الكتاب المُقدَّس، فاقترحت ماري عليهم أن يجمعوا مبلغًا من المال ويضعونه في البنك، ثم يقوموا بتأسيس جمعية من أرباح هذا المبلغ حتى يستمر عملها ويتوفر الكتاب المُقدَّس على مدى الأجيال، ففرح الجميع بالفكرة وبدأوا في تنفيذها.

سمع أحد المسافرين العابرين قرب تلك القرية صوت جرس الكنيسة، ورأى الناس يعبرون الشوارع الضيقة قاصدين الكنيسة وكل واحد منهم يحمل مصباحا مضاء..فاقترب من احد الذاهبين إلى الكنيسة وسأله: انا غريب هنا . هل تخبرني لماذا تحملون معكم المصابيح المضاءة إلى الكنيسة؟! ..فأجابه: سكن القلعة أحد الأشراف قديماً وهو الذي بنى الكنيسة وجهزها دون أن يصنع فيها وسائل الإنارة، طالباً من العابدين أن يأتون كل واحد ومعه فانوسه.

فقال الغريب: ألا يمنع هذا الأمر الناس من الحضور مساء؟.. أجابه: بالعكس تماما، فاسم كنيستنا: ” كنيسة المصابيح المضاءة ” . وكلما حضرأحد إليها يزداد الضياء فيها، لذلك عندما يجرب أحد التغيب لسبب ما يتذكر ان الكنيسة العزيزة القديمة تحتاج إلى ضوئه، وغيابه سينقص من ضياءها…

أحياناً نحس بأننا بلا قيمة في كنائسنا.. وأنه لا يوجد أحد يهتم ويفتقد من يذهب بعيداً.. وأن الأشخاص الذين من المفترض منهم أن يذهبوا ويبحثوا عمن غاب عن الكنيسة طويلاً لا يأتون أو يبحثون.. أو لايستطيعون.. وأتفق معك يا صديقي في أن هذا لا يعد شيئاً إيجابياً.. ولكن من السلبي ألا نذهب للكنيسة بهذه الحجة.. وأن نحرم أنفسنا بأنفسنا من نعم الرب يسوع لنا والتي يهبها لنا في بيته.. فأنت -ياصديقي- لا تستطيع بهذا أن تثبت في المسيح وأن تتمتع به.. وبالمثل أيضاً أن تذهب إلي الكنيسة لأغراض أخرى غير المسيح.. فأنت بهذا تظل بعيداً رغم أنك بالداخل..
كنيستك تحتاجك.. فالجسد لا يستطيع أن يستغني عن جزء من أعضائه حتى لو كان عقلة إصبع صغيرة.. من فضلك لا تسمح للعدو أن يشككك فأنت غالي جداً على قلب الله وجزء فعال في كنيسته حتى وإن كان فيها دورك صغيراً جداً.. حتى وإن كان دورك مقتصراً على الصلاة فقط فيها يظل جزءاً فعالاً جداً جداً.. فدائماً القلائل تصنع أشياء عظيمة.. المهم أن تظل موجودة.

” فَإِنَّ الْجَسَدَ أَيْضًا لَيْسَ عُضْوًا وَاحِدًا بَلْ أَعْضَاءٌ كَثِيرَةٌ. إِنْ قَالَتِ الرِّجْلُ: «لأَنِّي لَسْتُ يَدًا، لَسْتُ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ». أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ لِذلِكَ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ؟ وَإِنْ قَالَتِ الأُذُنُ: «لأِنِّي لَسْتُ عَيْنًا، لَسْتُ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ». أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ لِذلِكَ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ؟ لَوْ كَانَ كُلُّ الْجَسَدِ عَيْنًا، فَأَيْنَ السَّمْعُ؟ لَوْ كَانَ الْكُلُّ سَمْعًا، فَأَيْنَ الشَّمُّ؟
وَأَمَّا الآنَ فَقَدْ وَضَعَ اللهُ الأَعْضَاءَ، كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهَا فِي الْجَسَدِ، كَمَا أَرَادَ. وَلكِنْ لَوْ كَانَ جَمِيعُهَا عُضْوًا وَاحِدًا، أَيْنَ الْجَسَدُ؟..” (1كو14:12-19)

الصوم هو انقطاع عن الطعام فترة من الوقت يعقوبها طعام خال من الدسم الحيوانى

فترة الانقطاع
لابد من فترة الانقطاع لاننا لو اكلنا من بدء اليوم بدون انقطاع لسرنا نباتيين و ليس صائمين اذا لابد ان نمتنع عن الطعام لفترة معينة

فترة الانقطاع عن الطعام تختلف من شخص لاخر لاسباب كثيرة منها:
1- اختلاف الناس فى درجتهم الروحية فهناك المبتدىء يليه المتدرب و يفوقهما الناضج روحيا و اكثر من هؤلاء الناسك الذى يستطيع ان يطوى الايام صوما
2- يختلف الصائمون فى صومهم فالطفل او الصبى غير مستوى الشاب او الرجل الناضج غير الشيخ او الكهل
3- يختلف الصائمون فى صحتهم فمنهم القوى و منهم الضعيف
4- يختلف الصائمون فى نوعية عملهم فالبعض يقوم باعمال يحتاج الى مجهود جسدى كبير و البعض اعمالهم مريحة يجلسون فى مكاتبهم و لذلك الاحتمال مختلف
55- هناك ايضا نظام التدرج قد يبدا الصائم الاسبوع الاول بدرجة انقطاع معينة تزداد على مر الاسابيع

فترة الانقطاع
تكون على حسب ارشاد اب الاعتراف حتى لا يبالغ فيها البعض حتى لا تتعبهم جسديا و قد تتعبهم روحيا ايضا

هل هناك علاقة بين الانقطاع عن الطعام و الساعة التاسعة؟
يبدو ان هناك علاقة….لانه فى طقس الكنيسة الخاص بصلاة الساعة التاسعة نلاحظ اختيار فصل الانجيل الخاص بمباركة الطعام بعد فترة الجوع و و اضح فى صلاة الساعة التاسعة نذكر موت السيدد المسيح على الصليب و يبدو ان نظام الانقطاع كان عموما الى الساعة التاسعة و المعروف ان الساعى التاسعة من النهار هى الثالثة بعد الظهر على اعتبار ان النهار يبدا على الاغلب من السادسة صباحا.

الوضع الروحى لفترة الانقطاع:
1- ينبغى ان تكون فترة الانقطاع فترة زهد و نسك
2- و بعد فترة الانقطاع لا ناكل بشهوة
3- لا تترقب نهاية فترة الانقطاع لناكل
44- اجعل روحياتك هى التى تقودك و ليس الساعة
